Strike Force Bowling
Mondays
4:00PM - 5:30PM

Grades: 9th - Adult. Bowling is a great way to meet friends and get exercise. Fee includes bowling and shoe rental and assistance from adapted staff and volunteers to ensure you have a fun time. Scholarship recipients pay $50. This is an adapted program for young adults and adults with mental or physical disabilities. Instructor: Forrest Karnopp. 8 classes.

Rhythm Works Dance

Grades: K - 5th. Rhythm Works is a ground-breaking Rhythm & Dance program that recognizes how movement helps the brain function at its best, and was created for individuals with learning differences and a wide variety of diagnoses. It uses music, purposeful movement and defined rhythm patterns to fully integrate the body, mind, and spirit. This class is centered around the thought that dance is for everyone! Dancers will warm up, move across the room, use props and learn a dance routine! Movers of all kinds and abilities are welcome! Participation with parents or caregivers may be decided on an individual basis. Instructor: Samantha (Sam) Coffin. 6 classes.
