At a physical level, I feel stronger, more energized and willing to push myself further to that "edge"....such a gift at this point in my life when balance and bone & muscle strength are more important than ever.

In these times of uncertainty, it has been a much needed respite to be able to practice among friends. When I close my eyes and go deep, I forget that I'm at home alone and feel a sense of connection that is hard to come by these days.
